Order Delivery:

• If you have placed your order after the working hour (9 am-8 pm) or on Fridays then your order will take time to be processed. It will start to process on the first Bahraini working day.
• The delivery timelines or order delivery can get delayed during promotional activities or even during the sale season, or bank holidays.
• Ounass has the right to impose a re-delivery charge only if your order is not accepted.

Basic Delivery Conditions:

We are dedicated to delivering our Order on the estimated timeline. Kindly, note that the estimated time starts after the order confirmation.

In case, if your order is not delivered within the estimated time or even 30 days within Order confirmation then Ounass is obliged to provide you with a full refund.

But if you are not present during the delivery of the order then Ounass is not responsible for anything. You can take delivery of your Order or request postponement.

Ounass Payment Methods:

It is super easy to make a payment with Ounass. You can choose from multiple payment options. From Mastercard, PayPal, COD, Visa, and online credit.
